I have over 13 years of experience in teaching, you are in good hands! Of course I believe you never stop learning and I myself am always still learning. I know what kind of experience I expect in a learning environment, and I am passionate about delivering a positive experience to my students. I believe in feedback and being adaptable, so all classes will have an element of being tailored to the students.

My classes take place in Walthamstow, East London, or I can travel to your home or business within reason. Classes are in groups of maximum 5 people and you will get lots of one to one attention. All tools and haberdashery are usually included, for dressmaking classes you would just need to bring the fabric for your final garment. I work from a lovely garden studio surrounded by flowers, cats, foxes and Radio 6 Music.

I teach beginners, specific techniques such as zip and buttonholes, dressmaking, quilting and many other classes. I also run monthly sewing socials on the second Wednesday of the month.

In addition I sell sewing patterns, repair and service sewing machines, and make and repair quilts and have a long arm quilting machine! Please check out my website!
