The Festival of Quilts, NEC Birmingham 

Visit Europe's leading quilt show where you can view over 1,000 amazing quilts as well as stocking up on fabric and other quilting suppliers from the 300+ exhibitors. There are also over 180 workshops and lectures to choose from.

The Selvedge Summer Fair, The Dovecot, Edinburgh

A day long textile festival hosting makers and textile traders selling their creations and collections of treasured textiles and hand made pieces. Further information here


September 2017

1st - 3rd September

West Country Quilt & Textile Show, Bristol

A change of date for this show but still plenty of popular exhibitors and a large quilt and textile display.  There will be workshops, traders selling quilting, sewing and stitching supplies plus quilt competitions. This show is a true mixed textile event including, knitting, cross stitch, lace, patchwork, quilt etc.

1st - 3rd September

Great Northern Needlecraft Show and The Great Northern Quilt Show, Harrogate 

A combined show offering all stitchers a fantastic day out. Needlecraft supplies, workshops and an open competitive quilt show with entries invited from all over the world - this year's special theme is Tropical Paradise.  Attendees can view the quilts, take part in workshops and stock up on supplies from the exhibitors.

The WI Fair is set to return again to the iconic and picturesque London venue of Alexandra Palace. 

The Fair features more than 300 exhibitors and is aimed at WI members and non-members alike. It will focus on four distinct areas: Craft, Cookery and Food, Travel and the Outdoors and Lifestyle.
