The Blue Tin - which is aimed at boys and includes a robot, rocket, dinosaur and pirate.

The Bird Tin - A unisex tin containing an array of bird designs including a parrot, a black swan and  a pair of love birds.

There are also certain designs which can be purchased individually or as a pair for £2.99.

We were lucky enough to receive the boy's tin, just a couple of days before my son's 3rd birthday party!  So that was too much of an opportunity to miss, I decided to customise a plain blue pair of his trousers for him to wear to his birthday party.

Before I even got chance to look through the instructions my son had the aeroplane out of the packet and was flying it around the roIron on Patchesom!  He was very impressed and wanted all of them on his trousers, but eventually he plumped for the robot and rocket.

I was happy to find that they literally take under a minute to do, you simply place the patches onto the clothing and iron for a few seconds on the front and a few seconds on the back, placing a cloth over the the patch.  When covering holes they recommend you use a sheet of heatproof paper underneath to prevent any unwanted sticking.  Luckily they provide the paper in the tin for you.

My son thoroughly tested them, climbing all over the place and even trying to pick them off with his fingers and they did not budge.  There is a picture of him below modelling the patches at his party.

I have washed the trousers and am pleased to report the colours did not fade at all and the patches are still stuck firm!   I think these are great value for money and an inexpensive way to customise clothes or cover up holes or stains. Clothes Plasters
